Flexjet LLC in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a Technical Recruitment Specialist to join the Human Resources Department at our Global Headquarters. This role oversees all recruitment and selection functions and ensures candidates fit the company culture and job requirements.

You will manage full-cycle sourcing, prescreening, interviews, background checks, onboarding, and HRIS data entry, while partnering with hiring managers on plans and initiatives and coordinating campus and industry recruitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience across recruitment, screening, and onboarding.
• Experience with industry outreach and recruitment events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for all positions.

Flexjet is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Human Resources Department as a Technical Recruitment Specialist at our state-of-the-art Global Headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio! This position will be responsible for the oversight of all company recruitment & selection functions and job placement. Additionally, this role will ensure candidates are a positive company culture and job specific fit. This position reports directly to the Lead Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full scope recruitment efforts (from initial sourcing, screening and testing, conducting background checks to offer acceptance, on-boarding and orientation) for all assigned positions
• Execute recruitment and sourcing activities, including but not limited to direct sourcing, job fairs, schools, trade and industry networking, advertisements, internet posting, social media, active resume database searches, employee referrals, and outreach to appropriate organizations
• Prescreen and schedule all potential candidates (program and company fit, salary expectations, eligibility, etc.)
• Evaluates applicants, conducts interviews and schedules interviews with hiring managers
• Enter, track and update all candidate correspondence in the Recruitment module of the HRIS to ensure accurate reporting and policy compliance with regulations and company policies
• Establish and maintain recruitment metrics
• Partner with hiring managers on recruitment plans and employee development programs
• Create and maintain current job descriptions
• Data entry of new hires, employee discipline, employee status changes into HRIS
• Support the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives, such as: policies and procedures and HRIS improvements
• Coordinate and attend industry expos, campus visits and university recruitment events

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or similar discipline; 3-5 years' experience in HR related field preferably with exposure to all facets of the field; a combination of education and experience

• Strong interpersonal, (verbal/written, and presentation), organizational, evaluation, and negotiation skills with the ability to work and build rapport with all levels are necessary to perform job at the expected level
• Able to independently use MS Office products and other technology packages including social media
