Job summary

Flexjet is seeking a Technical Recruitment Specialist to join the Global Headquarters team in a full-cycle recruitment role. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates to ensure a strong fit with job requirements and company culture.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 3-5 years of HR/recruitment experience, and proficiency with MS Office and social media for sourcing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or similar discipline.
• 3-5 years' experience in HR-related field with exposure to recruitment functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via direct sourcing, job fairs, schools, networking, ads, and referrals.
• Pre-screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Evaluate applicants, conduct interviews, and schedule interviews.
• Enter and track candidate data in HRIS for reporting and compliance.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and partner with managers on plans.
• Draft and update current job descriptions.
• Document new hires and status changes in HRIS.
• Support HR projects and initiatives (policies and HRIS improvements).
• Coordinate industry events, campus visits, and recruitment activities.
