Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in an HR-related role, aviation experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, interview schedules, candidate communications and assessments.
• Provide administrative support to recruiters and assist with event planning and logistics.
• Manage materials, swag inventory and recruiting event logistics (packing, shipping, FedEx pickups).
• Oversee ATS usage and assist with reporting metrics.
• Prepare for new hire orientation, set up logins, notify departments and issue equipment.
• Conduct orientation sessions bi-weekly and oversee onboarding paperwork and background checks.
• Maintain HR records compliant with laws; support Global Talent Acquisition projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
