Job summary

The role requires 10+ years in IT program management, strong leadership, and experience in governance and upfront demand shaping. Remote-friendly with travel to HQ in Central Ohio as needed.
Qualifications
- 10+ years IT project/program management experience, with leadership responsibilities.
- Proven track record in managing large IT programs and evolving a PMO to deliver value.
- Planview experience preferred but not required; governance & pre-project sizing experience valued.
Responsibilities
- Shape and lead the IT PMO portfolio to drive strategic value and outcomes.
- Drive proactive decision-making with AI-driven insights and Planview integration.
- Mentor and coach project managers; develop a future-ready workforce.
- Advise on upfront demand shaping, pre-project sizing, and business-case planning.
- Foster a high-trust culture and transparent risk management across teams.
- Collaborate with senior leaders on risk assessment, dependencies, and resource constraints.
- Manage vendor relationships to maximize value and accountability.
- Negotiate and influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
