Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of IT project/program management experience.
• Proven ability to evolve a PMO from execution-focused to value-driven.
• Planview experience preferred.
• Experience designing front-end governance or 'shift left' processes.
• Strong relationship-building and executive stakeholder influence.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio & strategic alignment: shape enterprise portfolio to drive value and outcomes.
• Predictive PMO enablement: integrate Planview with AI-driven insights for proactive decisions.
• Talent leadership: coach project managers and cultivate critical leadership skills.
• Upstream demand shaping: pre-project sizing and business-case planning to align to goals.
• Accountability and truth-telling: foster high-trust culture to elevate risks and dependencies.
• Executive risk & resource stewardship: work with senior leadership on risks and resource constraints.
• Vendor accountability & value management: manage investments with suppliers to maximize value.
• Strategic influence & negotiation: align diverse stakeholders while maintaining collaboration.
