Cardinal Health is seeking a Director, Technology Strategy & Execution (IT PMO) to lead a portfolio of complex IT initiatives, aligning them with strategic goals and maximizing value. You will guide governance, drive proactive risk management, and partner with senior leaders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while shaping the PMO into a strategic powerhouse.

Ideal candidates have 10–12+ years in IT project management, 5+ years in leadership, and familiarity with Planview.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of IT project/program management experience, with 5+ years in people leadership.
• Experience managing large IT programs; ability to evolve a PMO from execution to value.
• Planview experience preferred; strong governance and front-end sizing & demand shaping.

Responsibilities

• Champion the IT PMO strategy by shaping the enterprise portfolio and aligning investments with strategic value.
• Lead adoption of Planview and AI-driven insights for proactive decision-making.
• Develop a future-ready workforce through mentoring and coaching of project managers.
