Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Sr. Technical Business Developer to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships and complex deals that drive meaningful business outcomes.

You will work at the intersection of business strategy and technology, shaping how technology reaches customers at scale across organizational boundaries. Export controls apply; candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years solving problems with technology in Telecommunications.
• 5+ years in strategic technology sourcing or business development in electronics/compute/IoT.
• 3+ years in technology business development or semiconductor design‑consulting or contract manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and secure customized design and engineering services agreements with defined commitments.
• Influence C‑Suite executives and apply sound business judgement with technical acumen.
• Analyze 5G/3GPP trends to identify differentiating solution opportunities and cost/risk reductions.
• Define multi‑party business models to solve IP ownership and operational barriers.
• Develop negotiation strategies; lead cross‑functional negotiation teams; mitigate risks.
• Evaluate opportunities to improve cost, reduce risk and secure favorable terms.
• Develop processes to manage project execution and progress reporting.
• Communicate proposals to gain executive approval of technology deals.
• Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior leadership on progress and roadblocks.
