You will work from a home office within the United States, travel about half the time, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. A technical sales background and strong presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or business.
• 3 years in technical/industrial sales (fluid power, hydraulics, motion control) or related.
• 3 years delivering presentations to technical/commercial audiences.
• 3 years cross-functional/global collaboration with partners and customers.
• 1 year experience using a CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business in the assigned territory to meet sales goals.
• Develop distributor partner relationships and service accounts in a defined area.
• Use a professional sales process to uncover needs and propose solutions.
• Plan and execute sales efforts with distribution channel partners.
• Prepare routine reports, action plans, and sales documents for leadership.
• Gather market intelligence and update CRM with current data.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key channel partners.
• Travel up to 50% regionally.
