Job summary

Danfoss is seeking an Account Manager, Retail to drive profitable sales growth and maintain existing business in the South region. You will build strong partnerships with distributor partners and indirect customers, acting as the primary field sales representative for Danfoss Power Solutions.

You’ll use a professional sales process to uncover customer needs, handle objections, and present tailored DPS solutions. Remote role based in the U.S. with 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering required or equivalent.
• 3+ years of hydrauls/electronics industry sales experience.
• Strong understanding of technical and commercial product aspects.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and capture opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Build relationships with distributor partners and indirect customers.
• Use a structured sales process to uncover needs and present solutions.
• Plan and execute sales efforts with channel partners.
• Maintain CRM opportunity funnel and conduct quarterly reviews.
