Job summary

Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to expand profitable sales within our Data Center distribution channel. This role reports to the North America Sales Manager and focuses on growing new business and supporting partners in the Texas territory with up to 50% travel.

You will leverage data center industry expertise to demonstrate the value of system-based solutions and cultivate strong relationships with key channel partners across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years in data center industry, technical sales, or related manufacturing.
• CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with channel partners to identify and secure new business opportunities, meeting sales and pipeline goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and indirect customers as the primary field sales rep.
• Utilize a professional sales process to understand customer needs, present solutions, and drive growth.
• Plan and execute sales strategies, conduct quarterly business reviews, and provide product training for partners.
• Gather and report market intelligence using CRM software and provide updates to sales management.
