Danfoss Power Solutions is hiring an Account Manager for the Fluid Conveyance Distribution Sales team. You will be the face of Danfoss, building strong relationships with Northeast US distribution channel partners and delivering system-based solutions that solve real-world challenges.

Based remotely in the Central US, you will travel up to 50% and serve as the trusted expert for partners and customers. You will drive profitable sales growth, act as a trusted advisor, and develop strategic plans

Formación

• 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably hydraulics or fluid power.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in managing accounts and building relationships in a distribution channel model.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to understand and sell complex system solutions.
• Ability to travel up to 50% across the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Drive profitable sales growth by identifying new opportunities and strengthening relationships with distribution partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor to distributors and their customers, delivering high-value fluid conveyance solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned accounts to meet targets.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with key partners to align strategy and review performance.
• Gather and communicate market intelligence to keep Danfoss ahead of the curve.
