Hilton, based at our McLean, VA corporate office, seeks a Senior Manager, Talent & Workforce Planning, Americas. You will partner with business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's team members, driving talent strategy across the Americas with analytics and enterprise programs.

You will lead talent reviews, succession planning, leadership pipelines, and governance, reporting to the Director, Talent & Leadership Development, Americas.

Qualificações

• Five (5) years of experience in talent management, workforce planning, talent analytics, HR strategy, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and dashboards.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to influence workforce decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain talent review tools, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting for the Americas.
• Monitor talent, succession, mobility, and workforce data to identify trends and gaps.
• Prepare materials and recommendations for talent discussions and leadership decisions.
• Track talent health metrics and leadership pipeline readiness to inform development actions.
• Support GM, hotel leader, and functional talent review processes.
• Coordinate leadership development program activities and reporting with HR Operations.
