Hilton is seeking a Senior Strategic Program Manager based in McLean, VA, to orchestrate high-priority marketing and loyalty programs across the enterprise. You will partner with executive sponsors to translate strategy into structured execution, manage governance, and drive outcomes in a complex, matrixed environment.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, ensure alignment with brand and regional needs, and use AI-enabled tools to enhance planning, risk, and decision-making.

Formación

• Seven years of professional experience in strategic program management, business operations, marketing, loyalty, or related.
• Four years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs in a global matrixed organization.
• Experience translating strategy into structured execution with governance, risks, and changes.
• Experience converting complex information into concise updates and decisions.
• Strong stakeholder leadership across functions, brands, regions, and partners.
• Knowledge of brand, loyalty, customer experience, digital, analytics, and technology.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end orchestration of high-priority programs across Marketing & Loyalty and enterprise.
• Translate strategy into program charters, objectives, scope, and roadmaps.
• Act as a senior integrator across multiple functional areas and external partners.
• Establish program governance with roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths.
• Manage critical paths, dependencies, risks, issues, and changes.
• Lead cross-functional sessions and launch-readiness forums.
• Balance enterprise objectives with brand and regional needs.
• Identify and drive improvements to program management processes and playbooks.
