Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Associate of Talent and Leadership Development at its corporate office in McLean, VA. You will partner with business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Team Members, supporting Americas talent management through reviews, succession planning, analytics, and leadership development processes.

You’ll collaborate with HR Operations, regional directors, and vendors to ensure timely deliverables and impactful programs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional experience in HR, learning and development, talent management, program coordination, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for leadership development programs across the Americas.
• Create participant rosters, dashboards, and executive-ready materials.
• Maintain program data with regular quality checks and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with virtual and in-person learning experiences, scheduling and vendor coordination.
• Organize shared resources, templates, calendars, and documentation.
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve programs and processes.
