Job summary

Manhattan is seeking a Senior Director, Talent Management to lead enterprise talent strategy, leadership development, succession planning, and learning across the company. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role shapes programs that align workforce capability with business goals and growth.

You will partner with HR, executives, and centers of excellence to build scalable, measurable initiatives, leverage data and AI for talent decisions, and drive performance improvement across regions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational development, business, psychology, or related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, organizational development, learning, or related HR disciplines, including senior leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise designing and leading enterprise talent strategies across succession planning, leadership development, performance enablement, talent assessment, high-potential programs, and internal mobility.
  • Experience leading large-scale change initiatives and influencing adoption across stakeholder groups.
  • Strong track record partnering with senior executives and HR leaders to align talent priorities with business goals.
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Deep expertise in talent management and learning, with knowledge of external market practices and trends.

Responsibilities

  • Own the design and execution of enterprise talent strategies across talent management, leadership development, succession planning, performance enablement, and global learning.
  • Align workforce capabilities with business goals, strengthen leadership pipelines, and improve retention.
  • Lead scalable programs and experiences to enhance leadership capability, accountability, and organizational impact.
  • Identify talent risks and accelerate readiness for critical roles; improve internal talent mobility.
  • Foster employee engagement through meaningful development paths and a culture of growth and performance.
  • Ensure programs are measurable and globally relevant, with clear business outcomes.
