Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. seeks a Talent Management Partner Lead to lead succession planning, talent reviews, and development programs across North America. You will mentor Talent Management Partners, drive data-driven insights, and collaborate with HRBPs to align talent strategy with business needs.

The role requires building strong talent pipelines, coordinating with Learning & Development and Total Rewards, and guiding retention initiatives while scaling the COE across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years HR experience with talent management/OD.
• Experience designing talent reviews, succession planning and HiPo programs.
• Consulting with HRBPs on talent strategy and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and pipeline development.
• Coach HRBPs on talent strategy and critical role planning.
• Oversee talent health reporting and data-driven insights.
• Direct and develop Talent Management Partners and scale the COE.
• Partner with L&D and Total Rewards on interventions to close gaps.

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR/Organizational Development/Business Administration

Master’s Degree in HR/Organizational Psychology (preferred)
