Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Manager of Executive Compensation at our McLean, VA corporate office. You will partner with business leaders to attract, retain, and reward Hilton's executive talent, shaping market-aligned compensation programs and supporting the Compensation Committee.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and global equity teams to design, govern, and communicate compensation programs and equity initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of professional experience in compensation, finance, human resources, corporate governance, or a related field.
• Experience preparing analyses, recommendations, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in analytics and presentation tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hybrid work schedule based in McLean, VA.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate executive compensation programs, pay governance practices, and market trends, developing recommendations for senior leadership.
• Prepare executive compensation analyses, benchmarking studies, and market assessments that inform pay decisions.
• Develop executive compensation communications, tools, and guidance for leaders, executives, and HR partners.
• Coordinate preparation of executive compensation tables, disclosures, narratives for the Proxy Statement and SEC filings.
