Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruitment experience with proven leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed TA teams in a matrix environment.
• Strong experience with data-driven recruiting, cost per hire, compa ratios, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team across the Americas.
• Manage a small requisition load while modeling sourcing, screening, and candidate experience best practices.
• Partner with senior business leaders and HR to advance talent pipelines and succession planning.
• Drive scalable recruiting practices and continuous process improvements across the region.
