Hilton is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Operations - Technology Strategy & Roadmap to lead multi-year planning for RMCC Americas, shaping data systems, reporting, automation, and platform strategy.

Based in Dallas, TX or remote, you will collaborate across RMCC, Technology, Data, Product, and Enterprise teams to translate priorities into sequenced capabilities and to prepare investment decisions for senior leadership.

Qualificações

• Seven years of professional work experience.
• Four years supporting technology strategy, roadmap planning, data systems, or analytics tools.
• Three years leading teams and cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience translating business strategy into tech capabilities and executive materials.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain RMCC's multi-year technology roadmap across data systems, reporting, automation, and platforms.
• Translate business needs into sequenced technology capabilities and delivery recommendations.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning, evaluating demand, capacity, risks, and value.
• Identify modernization opportunities and align solutions with enterprise standards.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and investment recommendations.
