Job summary
MissionHires is seeking a strategic Talent Director to lead North American talent strategy across acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and leadership development. The role reports to the North America HR Vice President and partners with senior leaders to translate business priorities into practical talent solutions.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR and/or Talent Management experience.
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting business/operational leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive North American talent strategy and annual roadmap.
- Provide strategic leadership for talent acquisition, including recruiting strategy, workforce planning, processes, and metrics.
- Build scalable learning and development programs for employees, managers, and leaders.
- Design and lead a consistent performance-management and annual review process, with manager training and governance.
- Develop leadership-development programs for multiple organizational levels.
