Job summary

PwC in Boston seeks a Workforce Solutions- Organization and Talent- Manager to analyze workforce trends, design strategic planning, and develop talent acquisition, development, and retention programs aligned with client objectives.

You will lead with integrity, coach and mentor teams, manage performance, and partner with clients to drive organizational success through innovative workforce analytics and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
At least 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Analyzing workforce trends to develop strategic workforce planning initiatives
Designing talent acquisition, development, and retention programs to align with business objectives
Leading teams in optimizing workforce and talent management strategies for organizational success
Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and manage performance effectively
Developing skills outside comfort zones and encouraging team growth
Utilizing statistical analysis and modeling to enhance workforce analytics
Engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to address conflicts and issues
Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct
Collaborating with clients to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
Embracing technology and innovation to improve delivery and inspire others
