Job summary

PwC South Africa is seeking a Senior Manager in Workforce Solutions to engage with clients and implement strategic workforce and talent management solutions. You will lead in analyzing trends, designing acquisition and development programs, and coaching teams to deliver results.

You will drive organizational effectiveness, communicate a holistic story, and work with diverse teams with an emphasis on inclusion and system thinking. Travel up to 60% is expected as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 7+ years of experience in workforce/organization and talent.
  • Experience leading teams and advising clients on workforce strategy.

Job Description & Summary The Opportunity As a Workforce Solutions - Organization and Talent - Senior Manager, you will engage with clients to develop and implement strategic workforce and talent management solutions. Within our Organization & Talent practice, you will specialize in analyzing workforce trends and designing talent acquisition, development, and retention programs that align with business objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escape, while developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams. In this role, you will work closely with clients to optimize their workforce strategies, enhancing employee engagement and driving organizational effectiveness. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. Your ability to validate outcomes with clients and share alternative perspectives will be crucial in driving organizational success. As you deepen your skills, you will initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels, making informed decisions to resolve issues and contribute to the overall success of our firm.

What You Must Have
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 7 years of experience

Travel Requirements

Up to 60%

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
