Job summary

PwC is seeking a Workforce Solutions - Organization & Talent Senior Manager to develop and implement strategic workforce and talent management solutions for clients. You will analyze workforce trends, design talent acquisition, development, and retention programs, and coach teams to solve complex problems.

You will lead teams, validate outcomes with clients, and foster diverse and inclusive environments while aligning with business objectives and driving organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience.
