Job summary

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager in Workforce Solutions — Organization and Talent to partner with clients on strategic workforce and talent management initiatives. You will analyze workforce trends, design acquisition, development, and retention programs, and coach teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will lead diverse, inclusive teams while applying systems thinking to solve complex problems and influence executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant fields.
