• Develop always-on talent pipelines focusing on skills-based hiring and transferable capabilities.
• Attract talent beyond traditional industries to broaden access to critical skills globally.
• Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies across digital platforms and networks.
• Serve as an EVP ambassador and strengthen Schneider Electric’s talent brand.
• Design data-informed outreach to keep talent engaged and connected.
