Job summary

Ascension is seeking a remote Talent Acquisition sourcing specialist to define and implement market- and national-scale strategies for active and passive candidates. You will build talent pools for critical hires and engage top-caliber talent with personalized outreach from first contact.

Collaborating with Talent Advisors and recruitment marketing, you’ll track success metrics, test new sourcing tools, and share effective tactics with the team to improve the search process.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to attract hard-to-find talent in competitive markets.
• Proficiency with Boolean search and resume platforms.
• Experience navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS or Oracle preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and implement market-level and national-scale sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Engage top-caliber talent through personalized outreach and discovery calls to ensure a superior candidate experience.
• Test and implement emerging sourcing technologies and tools; share best practices with the team.
• Collaborate with Talent Advisors and recruitment marketing to track metrics and document wins.
