Job summary

Unknown is seeking an experienced talent acquisition leader to drive end-to-end recruitment for both staff and leadership roles in New York. The role emphasizes strategic workforce planning, candidate assessment, and strong partnerships with executives and HR peers.

You will lead sourcing initiatives across multiple channels, build internship pipelines, and enhance employer branding while ensuring compliant and efficient hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent combination may be considered.
• Minimum of five years of progressive HR and talent acquisition experience for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Experience developing recruitment strategies, sourcing initiatives, and workforce planning.
• Experience coordinating internship programs, campus recruiting, or early-career talent initiatives preferred.
• Experience leading recruiters or HR teams and driving process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, candidate assessment, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and pre-boarding for employees and leadership roles, including hard-to-fill positions.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to assess workforce needs and forecast staffing priorities.
• Serve as a talent advisor with market insights, sourcing recommendations, and guidance throughout hiring processes.
• Develop sourcing strategies to build pipelines via networking, referrals, social media, job boards, and events.
• Create and maintain job postings and employer branding materials to promote the organization.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and community events to expand pipelines and visibility.
• Manage internship program design, recruiting, onboarding, and supervisor support.
• Maintain partnerships with colleges and workforce organizations to support pipelines.
• Maintain and optimize UKG ATS, recruiting workflows, communications, and hiring procedures.
