Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in talent sourcing, recruiting, or related field.
• Strong research and networking capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority.
• Proficiency with recruiting technologies; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source talent through online platforms, networks, referrals, events, and outreach.
• Develop and maintain pipelines for critical and future-focused roles.
• Create sourcing strategies tailored to units, families, and labor markets.
• Expand networks and deploy capacity against high-priority needs.
• Engage candidates; articulate RaceTrac's EVP and opportunities; conduct initial screens.
