Job summary

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in talent acquisition, 3+ years in leadership, and a proven ability to leverage ATS/CRM, sourcing tools, and analytics to improve hiring outcomes while advancing employer branding.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, or related HR functions.
• 3+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• Experience recruiting for leadership, technical, professional, and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Experience leveraging ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, recruitment marketing tools, and talent analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth plans and workforce needs.
• Partner with leaders to identify current and future talent requirements.
• Provide workforce planning insights based on market trends and business priorities.
• Lead recruitment initiatives, employer branding, talent pipeline development, and executive search.
