Cleaver-Brooks seeks a Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to transform how we attract and engage talent. This role focuses on proactive sourcing, market intelligence, and pipeline development to meet current and future needs.

You will build strategic partnerships and support full-cycle recruiting when needed. You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to map labor markets, identify adjacent skills, and create proactive talent channels, ensuring a robust talent ecosystem for

Competenze

5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience including full-cycle recruiting and strategic sourcing.
Experience recruiting within manufacturing, engineering, construction, energy, or similarly complex markets.
Strong proactive sourcing skills and success engaging passive candidates.
Experience with sourcing platforms and advanced search techniques (Boolean/X-ray).

Mansioni

Develop proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
