Ben is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to scale hiring across the business. You will partner with hiring managers from front-line managers to the C-suite, defining needs, timing, and rationale while using data to guide decisions.

You will also help bring Ben's employer brand to life and build AI into our hiring workflows to free time for strategic work. As the second member of the talent team, you will influence how we hire at scale, shaping processes and delivering a best-in-class

Responsibilities

• Hire bar-raising talent across the business for multiple roles as we scale.
• Partner with team leads, heads of department and the C-suite using data to guide decisions.
• Elevate our employer brand from events to the careers page to attract candidates.
• Build AI into how we hire by trialing agents and workflows for hiring teams.
• Make the hiring process best in class by gathering feedback, testing changes and retaining what works.
