• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience as a sole or primary recruiter for a growing organization.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse functions without dedicated support.
• Experience partnering with executives and hiring managers as a trusted advisor.
• Strong sourcing expertise and building diverse high-quality pipelines.
• Experience creating scalable recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and training.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across corporate functions in the U.S., Canada, and Costa Rica.
• Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner, independently managing recruiting across multiple departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to define strategies, workforce plans, and candidate profiles.
• Build proactive pipelines using modern sourcing, referrals, talent communities, networking, and AI tools.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding.
• Advise leaders on hiring decisions, interview quality, compensation positioning, and market trends.
• Balance day-to-day recruiting with initiatives like employer branding, operations, and process improvements.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to forecast outcomes and drive data-driven improvements.
• Design scalable recruiting programs and structured interview processes.
• Champion inclusive hiring with objective decision-making and standardized assessments.
• Promote the OfficeSpace employer brand through events and talent marketing.
