Job summary

Albert Invent Corp. is seeking a Talent Partner to build and scale its talent acquisition function, owning the candidate journey from outreach to close.

You will partner with Marketing and the People team to craft messaging and create a compelling candidate experience for AI engineers, software architects, product managers, and designers. You will lead outbound sourcing, establish structured interview practices, and align global hiring with executives and recruiters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with depth in technical roles.
• Experience building or significantly improving a recruiting function.
• Hands-on use of AI tools and recruiting technology to solve problems.
• Global recruiting exposure with strong US market knowledge.
• Experience working with and influencing senior executives.
• Strong communication across candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
• Track record of closing — not just sourcing — the right hires.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across technical roles and assess top talent.
• Build and scale Albert's talent acquisition function and processes.
• Configure ATS workflows and sourcing frameworks to handle volume.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency while preserving judgment.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to design roles and interview processes.
• Drive outbound sourcing for Build org roles — AI engineers, software architects, PMs, and designers.
• Ensure compliance and fairness across hiring decisions.
