Rho, the modern banking platform, seeks a Talent Partner to uphold our high hiring standards and refine the recruiting infrastructure. You will own funnels end-to-end, improve the Talent operating rhythm, and leverage AI to accelerate hires.

Based in NYC, SF, or SLC and working five days a week, you will build relationships with top tech talent, design rigorous processes, and partner with marketing to strengthen our employer brand.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in startups, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Deep knowledge of the talent market.
• Excellent communication and storytelling.
• Bias toward action and results.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with top tech talent and connect with people creatively.
• Prioritize quality over quantity in sourcing.
• Strengthen our talent brand with events and marketing partnerships.
• Develop rigorous hiring processes and advise teams on better searches.
• Position Rho with a human-first approach and use testing in messaging.
• Obsess over recruiting metrics and strive to beat them.
• Support hiring across roles and guide teams as needed.
