Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 12+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience or industry experience related to role
• OR master’s degree AND 8+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience or industry experience related to role
• 3+ years of AI recruiting and sourcing experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to translate workforce strategy into actionable talent acquisition plans, leveraging market intelligence, data, and business insights to proactively address critical talent gaps.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing strategic guidance on talent availability, hiring timelines, compensation trends, and location considerations to shape effective workforce decisions.
• Lead the design and execution of end-to-end hiring strategies aligned to business objectives, ensuring the attraction of high-impact talent for current and future organizational needs.
• Analyze market trends, talent supply, and organizational hiring data to develop data‑driven workforce plans and hiring strategies.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations that support both immediate hiring priorities and long‑term business growth.
• Develop and execute scalable hiring plans for complex functions and leadership talent pools, balancing business demand with talent market realities.
