Job summary

Engine is seeking a data-driven Director of Business Recruiting to lead, mature, and scale our recruiting function supporting Sales, Account Management, Growth Marketing, Partnerships, and more. You will partner with senior leaders to drive talent density, predictable hiring, and strong organizational health.

As the talent advisor for multiple functions, you will oversee full-cycle recruiting, optimize processes, and guide workforce planning while embracing AI-enabled tools to improve outcomes

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition with progressive leadership responsibility, especially GTM recruitment.
• Proven ability to build and scale recruiting teams.
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of talent acquisition strategies across multiple functions.
• Own full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing through onboarding.
• Define and report hiring metrics to senior leadership.
• Coach and develop a high-performing recruiting team.
