DualEntry is hiring a Talent Acquisition leader to scale our recruiting function and partner with founders on role definition, market positioning, and candidate sourcing. You’ll own the end-to-end process, from outreach to offer, with a focus on building a strong employer brand.

You’ll shape pipelines, track KPIs, and contribute to rapid growth in a remote-first environment that supports learning and equity ownership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting at high-growth startups.
• Deep sourcing expertise beyond inbound channels.
• Analytical mindset with KPI tracking and reporting.
• Experience building a recruiting function from scratch (ATS, processes).

Responsibilities

• Build and execute DualEntry’s recruiting strategy across Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Leadership roles.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers on role definition, target profiles, and market positioning.
• Source and close exceptional candidates in competitive markets using creative sourcing strategies.
• Own the candidate experience, employer brand, and hiring process end to end.
• Build pipeline reporting and analytics to know what’s working.
