Located for hybrid work in Reno, NV or Hunt Valley, MD, the position covers full-cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, and collaboration with marketing to strengthen our employer brand while ensuring a smooth interview process and strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Full‑cycle recruitment from postings to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Collaborate with marketing and HR to strengthen employer brand.
• Conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage offers.
• Maintain ATS records and track candidate progress.
• Stay updated on hiring trends and compliance.
