Tessco, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Human Resources team. The role supports the recruiting process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining recruiting systems.

It is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires strong organization and professionalism, with the ability to partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates. This is a hybrid role, located within commuting distance to Reno, NV or Hunt Valley, MD, with compensation in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR administrative role.
• Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using ATS and HR software; Greenhouse experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across locations and time zones.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates during the interview process.
• Manage job postings and requisition information in the ATS.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with candidate pipeline administration and logistics.
• Prepare interview materials, agendas, and candidate evaluations.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation in the ATS.
• Assist with offer preparation, background checks, and pre-employment processes.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment operations and candidate experience.
• Support employer branding, events, and career fairs.
