Job summary

TESSCO Inc in Hunt Valley, MD / Reno, NV is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a hybrid role. The position supports the recruiting process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruiting systems, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

This hands-on, fast-paced role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, talent acquisition, or related administrative role.
• Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using ATS and HR software; Greenhouse experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams across multiple locations and time zones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and maintain timely communication.
• Manage job postings and accurate requisition information in the ATS.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with candidate pipeline administration and interview logistics.
• Prepare interview materials, agendas, and candidate evaluations as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation in the ATS.
• Assist with offer preparation, background checks, and pre-employment processes.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities and smooth transition from candidate to employee.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment operations and candidate experience.
• Support employer branding, recruiting events, and career fairs.
