Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding activities. You will partner with managers to align staffing with organizational goals and manage candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.

Role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects while ensuring compliance with hiring laws and best practices. Expect collaboration across branding and events initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 3–5 years recruiting experience or 5–7 years HR with recruitment focus.
• Strong knowledge of social media, job boards, and external recruiters.
• Experience recruiting for specialized positions.
• Knowledge of employment laws and fair hiring practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a multi-project environment.
• Strong data reporting and analysis skills.
• High organization and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with office software and HR systems.
• ATS proficiency; Paycom knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned requisitions and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to fill openings aligned with priorities.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and recommend candidates.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Handle pre-employment steps including background checks and offers.
• Oversee onboarding support for new hires.
• Produce recruitment reports and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and E-Verify.
• Collaborate on branding and events to attract talent.
