State Collection Service Inc is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting across all roles. You will execute sourcing strategies, schedule interviews, manage onboarding, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

You will handle ambiguity with professionalism, organization, and strong customer service, interacting with executives and leadership while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.

Qualificações

• Two to three years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferred.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and varied interview techniques.
• Experience in a call center/service industry is preferred.
• Proficient with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
• Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and Indeed sourcing.

Responsabilidades

• Manages the full recruiting life cycle for all assigned positions.
• Provides a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers.
• Develops strategies to attract, source, and recruit top talent.
• Builds a pipeline of high-quality candidates and maintains relationships.
• Manages ATS and advertising/vendor relationships related to hiring.
