Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of professional recruiting experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Word and Excel in MS Office.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for staffing needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, schools and events.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and recommend candidates.
• Coordinate job fairs, career events and outreach initiatives.
• Prepare onboarding paperwork and support new hire setup.
• Track recruiting activity and compile metrics.
