Job summary

UNKNOWN is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead strategic recruitment initiatives for senior and specialized roles. You will partner with hiring teams, build strong candidate pipelines, and drive data-driven decisions to improve time-to-fill and overall hiring success.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR, compliance with employment laws, and delivering a positive candidate experience at every stage of the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field or Equivalent Experience
• 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• 2 years with recruitment focus on senior-level and specialized roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for senior and specialized positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and compensation packages
• Manage a Full Req load
• Achieve and exceed SLAs in Fills, Time to Fill
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals, to identify candidates
• Build robust pipeline of candidates using various tools and networking outreach to meet business hiring goals
• Build screening questions to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and other key stakeholders
• Act as a consultant to hiring managers, providing insights to improve recruitment processes
• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout recruitment
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and communicate recruiting timelines
• Work with hiring managers and HR to align on recruitment process and strategies
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate status
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to assess strategy effectiveness
• Make data-driven decisions and recommendations
• Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously improve recruitment processes
