Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting through offer acceptance.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews; coordinate interviews.
• Maintain Paylocity ATS and prepare offer requests.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify hiring needs.
• Coordinate in-house job fairs and monitor staffing metrics.
• Support onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
