The role partners with managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and attract qualified candidates using traditional and innovative sourcing methods, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering diverse talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Knowledge of recruitment principles, employment laws, and personnel administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles across departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, networks, referrals, and events.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain relationships with external partners to support talent sourcing and workforce planning.
