Unknown Company is seeking an exceptional Senior Recruiter to shape our talent strategy, attract top talent, and build scalable programs that fuel growth. You will partner with leaders to align hiring with business goals, own full-cycle recruiting across functions, develop proactive sourcing, and deliver a world-class candidate experience.

You will analyze hiring data, optimize processes, and lead programs that improve time-to-fill and quality of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions.
• Experience recruiting for leadership and hard-to-fill roles in a fast-growing environment.
• Proven ability to build relationships with managers, executives, and cross-functional leaders.
• Strong sourcing, market mapping, and data-driven recruiting skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across leadership, sales, operations, corporate, technical, and specialized roles.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, networking, referrals, social platforms, and market research.
• Build and manage robust talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Advise hiring managers on workforce planning, market trends, and hiring best practices.
• Collaborate with executives to create targeted recruiting strategies and improve interview processes.
• Evaluate workflows and tools to improve efficiency, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
