Job summary

UNKNOWN is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and hire qualified candidates. You will partner with hiring managers to deliver an efficient recruitment process, build talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance.

You will source via job boards, LinkedIn, events, and referrals; conduct screenings and interviews; coordinate interviews; extend offers; and maintain ATS records to support hiring metrics and workforce growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in talent acquisition, recruiting or sourcing.
• Experience using LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tech; Workday is a plus.
• Strong communication, interviewing, networking, and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and events.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Attend job fairs and events to promote employer branding and attract candidates.
• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and selection criteria.
• Provide guidance on recruitment strategies, candidate selection, and hiring market trends.
• Extend employment offers and support a smooth transition from offer to start date.
• Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and hiring records in ATS.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring practices.
• Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics for informed decisions.
• Stay current on industry trends, sourcing techniques, and recruitment technologies.
