Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Sales, or related field.
1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Paylocity preferred).
Experience partnering with hiring managers and leadership.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting through offer acceptance.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and senior leadership.
Maintain the Paylocity Applicant Tracking System.
Prepare offer requests for approval.
Build candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
Collaborate with department leaders to identify hiring needs.
Coordinate and manage in-house job fairs.
Monitor recruitment metrics and staffing trends.
Develop 30-, 60-, and 90-day new hire follow-up plans.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Manage employee certifications.
Assist with HR administrative duties and serve as backup for the HR Coordinator.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
