Job summary

AeroVironment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead strategic recruitment for technical, professional, and executive roles. You will develop innovative sourcing solutions and manage the end-to-end process from strategy to presenting candidates to hiring managers.

You will build pipelines, advise leaders on staffing needs, and drive improvements in the staffing function in a fast-paced environment. This role may require occasional travel, and requires U.S. ITAR compliance understanding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment and selection of management, technical, professional and administrative roles.
• Experience with consulting or in a consultative role supporting multiple projects with competing demands.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment: set search strategy, actively source, pre-screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
• Counsel hiring managers on staffing policies and EEO guidance to ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines using research and networking.
• Stay current with recruiting trends and innovative techniques to attract top talent.
